Ordered a sample of a manual grinder. Sophia was extremely helpful and reacted quick in chat, helping with all questions and shipping. The grinder is extremely good value for the price, the overall quality is great: Stable and even paint, no sharp edges, shaft is straight, the burrs are well machined. The ony slight downside is that there is a sliiight burr wobble and de-centering, but given the price-point of the grinder that´s totally acceptable. Testing the sample with high quality very bright roasts, the cup quality is very high, good clarity, little muddiness. The clicked grindsize adjustment is smooth enough, and fine enough for filter, for "real" espresso it might be too coarse. I believe as a entrylevel filter grinder, you can offer this to most customers, even "early" enthusiasts well!
